A 33-year-old Pennsylvania woman is behind bars for using the internet to lure a 14-year-old Wayne County girl into a sexual encounter.
Catherine Miller was arrested in Flora, Illinois Monday morning. According to the Wayne County Sheriff's Department, Miller and the girl met in an online chat room in September then continued their relationship by cell phone, text messaging, and emails.
On Monday the two met in Flora where police arrested Miller. She is being held in Benton, Illinois on a 250,000 dollar bond. ..News Source.. by TriStateNews
