Convict out on paperwork screw up

6-8-2012 Massachusetts:

A convicted child molester and Level 3 sex offender ordered released from prison by the state’s highest court “looks forward to his retirement and to quietly living out the rest of his life,” David Anthony Gangi’s public defender said today.

Gangi, 72, is expected to hit the streets early next month thanks to a Supreme Judicial Court decision Monday dismissing the Essex district attorney’s lower-court petition to keep him locked up as a sexually dangerous person under a judge’s civil order. ..Source.. by Laurel J. Sweet
