This is a "Hands Across the Border" message to reach out to like-minded folks in the United States. In Canada they too have a registry and laws governing how their folks (former sex offenders) are treated and controlled by Canadian laws.
A group known as "Canadians For A Just Society" has asked us to post a bit of what is currently happening to them and new laws being proposed in Canada.
