Cops & Judges Caught Using Secret Codes On Tickets

A local newscast exposes the fact that when some Florida police write you a traffic ticket, an extra “smiley face” message is given to the judge unlawfully characterizing you without your knowledge.



Has anyone looked at other reports filed by the police in say, sex offender cases, where the report filed by the police woulod not normally be available to the sex offender or his attorney before court time?
