Cops & Judges Caught Using Secret Codes On Tickets

A local newscast exposes the fact that when some Florida police write you a traffic ticket, an extra “smiley face” message is given to the judge unlawfully characterizing you without your knowledge.




Has anyone looked at other reports filed by the police in say, sex offender cases, where the report filed by the police woulod not normally be available to the sex offender or his attorney before court time?

Years ago when I represented myself I had full access to the court files and did not see anything improper. Nonetheless in another case I had the DA and Judge met with each other during the trial socially but "didn't say anything about my case" .......

Just represent yourself at the very start of the case, plead not guilty and check your case file (although I doubt you can do that from jail) then get an attorney later.

What else can you expect? We're talking about Florida here. The entire judicial system is corrupt, the police are corrupt, this does not surprise me one bit. It is the people of Florida that catch this action daily. As well as those from "out of state" as they are pulled over 4-1 or more just because of where they came from. I have seen it happen, know people (In Pinellas County) that have had the same done to them. Will it stop? Doubt it, they just change the coding they send to the court.
