A fourteen-year-old Omaha girl received a text message in the middle of the night that sent her mother to alert police.
A fourteen-year-old Omaha girl received a text message in the middle of the night that sent her mother to alert police.
The text came in on Monday, September 14th at 3:30 in the morning and read, “Hi (the teen’s name), I can see you.”
The message, from “Sex Offender 675678” was seen by the girl when she woke up later that morning.
The teen and her mom decided to Google the sender’s name and it came back to a free text messaging website for I-phone users.
Police continue to investigate, no word on any suspects. ..Source.. by WOWT.com

Sounds like someone is playing a prank on a Sex Offender. No one would put their number on a text message.
