Nearby Landlord Says It's Making Renting Property Impossible
JEFFERSON COUNTY, MISSOURI (KTVI-FOX2now.com) - A landlord and one of his neighbors in Jefferson County are squaring off over a sign the neighbor has put in his window.
The sign in the house next door reads "Registered Offender, JCSO," with the initials presumably referring to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
The landlord says the sign is keeping families with children from renting his home, and, on top of that, he says it's misleading. There is no record of the man next door actually being on the sex offender list, or even having much of a criminal record.
The neighbor refused to comment on why he has the sign in his window. ..Source.. by By John Gadson

He probably puts the sign there because he doesn't like salespeople, jehova witnesses, or even just people in general. I'm sure that sign keeps everyone away. I guess the registry is good for something after all!
