One of many.. this is so wrong i cant describe it. the law writers should be held accountable for garbage laws like this.. and removed as should the law itself be removed... but thats not going to happen. the only thing that these politicos are after is a 'good rep' and they have clearly demonstrated they do not care beyond that no matter what damage is done to normal folk. an atrocity beyond words...

This is not an "unintentional" consequence, as evidenced by the refusal of legislatures across the country to change the laws.
