The facts:

Sex-offender registry -- A Bloomington man who is registered as a sex offender is charged with providing false information about his address. Court documents said Thomas Hinthorn, 27, was found to be living in his car near a storage space he rented in Bloomington although he registered as homeless with the Normal police department. Commentary:

Is this man homeless or does homeless mean one cannot live out of their car?
