At least two of these are plain dumb, thousands of drivers fail to update their licenses and are not arrested even when they ultimately make the change. Notice, there is no complaint that the state registry was not updated. However, this is Florida, the state that claims it is most strict with RSOs but also is the state with the highest number of murdered children by both, sex offenders and persons who have never committed a sex offense.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Unit made three separate arrests of men for violations of state laws regarding identification of sexual offenders.
Noe DeJesus-Lopez, 30, was arrested Tuesday and charged with failing to updated his Florida driver's license or identification card.
Jonathan Bale, 46, was arrested Wednesday and charged failing to obtain a Florida driver's license or identification card.
