MI- Man Cited For Natural Inclination

Another great sex offender that has the public in a uproar, very sad..and a waste of taxpayer money. If guilty, slap him with a good sized fine, but don't make him register. If he registers he will consume law enforcement time over the years and that is plain dumb, but thats what lawmakers want, a way to get more votes!

LIVONIA -- Between neighbors, the definition of normal can widely differ.

But a Livonia community insists their neighbor’s natural inclination is just plain indecent.

Last Monday, police issued 72-year-old David Cleavinger an indecent exposure citation for mowing his lawn nude.

And it wasn’t his first ticket for doing outside work in the buff.

Back in 1994, Cleavinger was convicted for obscene conduct after someone complained he was working on his car naked.

Residents said that through the years Cleavinger has been caught on and off au natural to the shock of the community.

“My eyes just went boing, you know, what’s happening,” said Ann Brooks.

At that time, he told police he was simply trying to “catch the summer rays.”

While he may have only intended to get a line-free tan, some nearby parents think his nudity is inappropriate.

"Don't want to explain that to my 6-year-old," said Greg Fuller.

Local 4 tried to talk to Cleavinger at his home but he wouldn’t come out of the house.

Instead, he sent out his wife, Sharon, who offered an apology to her neighbors.

"We're sorry, it wasn't meant to be anything," said Sharon Cleavinger.

Meanwhile, David Cleavinger still faces an indecent exposure charge, which is a misdemeanor that could bring a $500 fine and or up to 93 days in jail. ..News Source.. by Click on Detroit
