5-18-2010 Washington DC:

In the Federal Register about the new "Supplemental Guidelines" for the Adam Walsh Act it says comments can be entered "electronically" at the www.regulations.gov website and that the Supplemental Guidelines can be viewed there.

I have had several e-mails asking me if I have been able to find where folks can enter their comments electronically on www.regulations.gov or view the Supplemental Guidelines there.

This is to let folks know that I CANNOT find anything at all related to the Supplemental Guidelines on www.regulations.gov website.

So, my question is, given that is a new website, has anyone been able to find where they can enter comments electronically?

If anyone has been able to find them, please e-mail eAdvocate so I can post exactly how other folks can enter their comments.

It appears they have forgotten to post the SG to the www.regulatiosn.gov website, unless I'm have a senior moment.

Thanks,
eAdvocate
