7-8-2008 National:Here is one post to consolidate all that has been written on congressional bill S-431 which requires registered sex offenders to provide their e-mail addresses as part of information for registries.
Currently the bill is still in the U.S. House Judiciary Committee and it is unknown whether there will be any further action on it. Our thanks to everyone that did submit their concerns on this bill.
